Good idea. Though need be coated, like Martial arts padding. The main problem I see is the body itself. Long and Thin, going to be hard to fill that so to have both a retainable shape and not be too ‘wet noodle’ while still being hauntingly cuddly.
Maybe have something like a foam core (skeleton) to provide support with more traditional stuffing to give it a more soft and squishy feel?
It would probably be slightly cheaper and reduce the ‘wet noodle’ risk.

Thermite works, but they should make sure to do it safely-in the neighborhood cemetary, soaking the ashes in holy water, and spreading them on Uncle Scooby’s grave. At the very least, whatever is powering ROB will be out of the yard. An alternative would be to mail it to Addis Ababa…..Would take it forever to return.
Last autumn!? Did a miss a “Months later” text block somewhere? I thought this was still the first week in the new house, my sense of time in this comic has some gaps in it.

It’s just the “last autumn” part that threw me off. It could be a matter of conflicts in different ways we talk. To me “last autumn” when used in winter would mean the autumn before the recent one though I’ll admit that is probably just me. With such a short gap in time I would have used months to explain the gap instead of seasons. Again this is just how I talk and I acknowlege that it may and probably is the minority.
The bot’s mostly made of plastic…so we should start with just normal ‘post bonfire’ coals…and if that doesn’t work try harder. So throw a party, drink some to waste time…then in he goes!

Another terrific series of panels that builds the personality of ALL your characters, even Rob, the homicidal robot. Hey, maybe you ought to introduce Rob to Isaac Asimov: He’d teach Rob some manners as well as the three laws. Not sure if they apply to Ghost-things, though

It could be stuffed firmly or something like memory foam. the only problem is that i might get expensive

They inherited the manor in this strip http://www.savestatecomic.com/2014/07/savestate/ and it looks nice and green outside. They spent the night there and decided to move in in this strip http://www.savestatecomic.com/2014/11/muzzled/ , ending that story arc. The next strip is a one-off, and they’ve already moved in by that point, seeing that Kade has computer, furniture, and (unreliable) internet. The beginning of this arc is http://www.savestatecomic.com/2014/12/snowhead/ and it’s all snowy outside. So yeah, months have passed since they moved in.

I actual speech I suspect the “last autumn” understanding would be helped by the emphasis one can place on various words in the sentence.

Don’t worry. Just plug rob and the zapper into a LCD screen TV. They become horribly inaccurate and pretty much useless then.
