Greetings from Australia, land of the six month hot summers. Even on 45˚ days the icecream never melts all that fast, you can lick it faster than it melts, and have no bad effects. Is it because American icecreams are full of pig fat and corn syrup instead of cream and sugar?
(for those who are too lazy to go to a google to do the conversions, 45˚C is about 113˚F, in other words a typical hot summers day in January)
It’s “ice cream”, not “icecream”, and never “icecreams”. And, “summer’s day”, not “summers day”. Perhaps best to write coherently before attempting condescension on the interwebz. Which, really, says more about you than you know.
Novelty frozen treats here, the ones they can’t legally label “ice cream” are made with corn syrup, milk, and palm oil. They can add cocoa powder and call it “chocolate flavored” but not chocolate.
Real ice cream stored away in a freezer is going to be closer to -15C and not melty at all. That isn’t sold as much here and it is much more expensive. We have fresh frozen custard stands and that melts rather quickly because they only freeze it just enough and mix whatever nuts/berries/candy into it before serving.
Is that ice cream seller the Ruin Seeker from Tunic?
Also it must be a pain to get melted ice cream off from a fur, that must be next level stickiness.
A whole body to use as a flavor saver…. Neat idea but prolly doesn’t work like I’m thinking… Or does it?? (Hides naughty looking smirk from view) I’m sure one day later Kade and Riley may endeavor to find out just how well that idea works. LoLz

No, it’s just a joke set up, genius. Your sad attempt at humor isn’t appreciated. We know Celsius, we have normal ice cream, we have over 40° summers.

You are ruining the mood.
Oh, **** off, no one cares. XD

I would eat a cone full of sprinkles. Harvey’s onto something here
This frightens me for the next XD
And as usual, the gumball eyes are incorrect. Points for accuracy!
Nice Sonic popsicle , Kade ^_^
We remember how you love cold weather , Rick : http://www.savestatecomic.com/comic/winter-nap/
EXTREMELY cute Sonic popsicle. Love popsicles with designs. Also hope Ness got some ice cream too lol.
Those actually existed in the 90s during the ‘tude days when sonic was everywhere. Maybe they still exist somewhere.
Front-facing Rick is strangely cute and endearing.

*bonk*
Welcome to Germany where people eat ice cream even in the middle of winter, there are a lot of ice cream shops here that are open all year around.
Oh! Nice Tunic reference there!!
Lots of nice background detail in this one. Looks good, Tim!
Ness in the first panel… 🙂 🙂 🙂
Ha! I love the Sonic ice cream and the bewildered look on the fox’s face in the first panel.
And, if I may point out, in the 4th panel you’re missing a comma; it would be “…cause a headache, too, but…” 🙂
If Riley gets a headache, I’ll bet Kade’s got the aspirin 😎
Huh funny enough stores are selling those kinds of character ice pops but without the gumball eyes
