Perhaps they have the same status as furries are in our universe, as in they’re purely fictional? Maybe there’s some Humancon? As for how they’d invent “humans” maybe the process was “what if monkeys were bald aside of head and some other areas?”
Yeah I think humans in this universe may be a fictional species. Bit like Western dragons, physically based on real lizards but with additional traits, abilities and behavior that differ between game/movie/show universes.
Or perhaps it’s like how in our world, they exist as fictional creatures despite anthro animals not existing here. It is always funny to think of though lol.
Makes sense for something like this if it is. The race is more about using the skills of the game to see who is faster. So having a way to punish people that exploit unintentional ways to skip parts makes sense.
I always find it so weird that in this furry universe, video game characters still appear human. Do… humans actually exist somewhere in this world?
