That’s a big basement. Also why are they so close together? I know its best to be in a group in situations like this (Or not, not sure if there are situations like being hunted by your demon friend) but if your farther apart you would be less likely to be chopped along with your friend and more likely to escape.
I can confirm this. You feel a lot safer. Even though it just makes it way easier to get taken out at once but hey we aren’t in a horror movie… probably…
I am an artillirist and have a simple solution for not being able to single out an individual. Aim centermass at base, explosives don’t care if its 1 or a group.
Could always try Mario Monopoly and tell them it’s a like Mario party….. but instead of fun mini games you manage property’s and swindle your friends in to giving you property’s you need. Either way your friendships will never be the same.
Oh man there could have been a perfect chance for a Aliens Reference. While Kade is trying to get the board game and Harvey slowly approaching.
Nicole ‘Kade…”
Then Kade “I know.”
Now Riley. “Kade…”
Kade still looking “I know.”
And right when Rick is about to open his mouth Kade has the board game.
I had a Pac-Man board game once. It was okay.
Simple solutions for simpler problems. If only all horror movies ended like this.
I miss my copy of that Super Mario board game.
Scared ness in the 6th panel
The fifth panel makes me to remember about this strip : http://www.savestatecomic.com/2017/01/army-of-darkness/
I hope Nicole or Rick will think to pick up Harvey’s axe before to leave ? ^_^”
I’m surprised Nicole isn’t carrying the axe in the last panel.

My friends and I smoosh together in haunted houses just like this. It’s a (false) feeling of safety, being closer to friends when danger approaches.

But it works for zebras… that’s why they have stripes, so they look like 1 big mass and lions can’t single out an individual.

At worst, human shields… What? Why else did you think your friend was hiding behind you?
Unless the killer has explosives or the place is very narrow, it actually is safer to stay together.
Just see if you can get him playing some video game monopoly, that will keep Harvey busy for a bit
Nobody hurts my super cool Rick. *Throws mouse trap board game*
So Harvey is now the rabbit ghost equivulent of AVGN. Angry, violent and pessemistic.
My thoughts exactly
This whole arc was really fun to read! Loved the lighting all the way through as well.
Also, Ness is adorable when she’s scared xD

They’re not really frightened in the eighth panel ; more a mood : “it works or not ?”
Board James told you this board game bored him!

*bored game
X3
Maybe it’s time for some “total protonic reversal”, or just some Holy Water and be done with it. Demons shouldn’t boss people around anyway.

I think they need to invest in a backup generator.
I would tend to agree. Maybe they will after this.
I honestly cannot imagine any video game making a good board game.
but some board games still make good video games.
I can see it already,
“HEEEEEEEEEERE’S HARVEY!”
It already happened
Wow, twelve panels. I don’t think any previous strip has had this many. You go, Tim.
Panels two, four, five, and nine: Cute Riley close-up is cute.
Yeah, I know right! When I loaded the page and saw the extra long page I got super excited!
Hide behind the chainsaws.

This is the game they should have played.
I’m thinking trying pan tactict bash Harvey with a frying pan it works in tangled!
Why are they in the basement? There’s only a bunch of low poly invincible rats and a secret door behind the barrels that leads to a Cthonian!
