Critical Miss
Cure wounds is one spell slot, and silence is two, so maybe have Ness try one more time. What are the odds of shooting yourself in the head twice?

Poor Ness
I wish Tim made it play the dark souls ‘you died’ screen
Oh no , not Ness X_X
You may try to remove it in one move then cast “cure” , Riley ?
Kobolds are good to sneak , not to use a bow
Sooo critical fails.. This is 3.5 Curse of Strahd then.
Look like you need a resurrection spell.
Bringing objects to life so that you can kill them? This is masterclass level murder hobo strategy.
I laughed so hard I nearly fell out of my chair
So much for that “Gangster aim” that Ness was supposed to have.
To be fair. Turning a gun side ways to fire may be considered “Gangster” but it is horrible for accuracy. So Ness has had the most “Gangster aim” so far, seems like.
should have gone with the aim of a U.S. sniper
This is probably the most accurate depiction of playing D&D
Based on my personal experience the odds of multiple 1’s in a row are high enough that they should definitely go with the poison plan.
I had a session where I rolled 8 nat 1’s in a row and another player rolled 7 nat 20’s in a row.
Yep, should have gone with the crossbow!
I am loving this escapade into role-playing.
What delightful memories it brings back.
Polterdice.
It’s amusing looking at all the players/characters standing around Ness’ body and calmly discussing the next plan. 🙂
indeed! 🤣
Flesh to stone, then rock to mud.
Or, as I was ST’ing a changeling game and we had an obnoxious player…
“Elder form. You’re a rock.”
“Well, I’m a marauder, so I can just undo your cantrip…”
“Oh no no no. Holly Strike. You’re gravel.”
