nah the DLC will be to turn the LEGENDARY sword, into a breakable item with A VERY HARD QUEST FOR MATERIAL….UNLESS you buy the extra pack so it DOES STAY “unbreakable”
If you mean the Master Sword it is in the game. It is breakable, but it regenerates it self after a cool down and is good as new. It lasts longer if you use it on its intended targets.
The way it is outlined is as such: The Master Sword was made to seal the darkness and to slay beings of great evil or demonic force. To use it for any other purpose puts stress on the sword and it loses its sense of purpose. At which time it needs time to gather its energies once more before being used.
Basically if you use the sword on Ganon or any of the Ganon-like entities the sword’s durability is infinite. But if you swinging it around to break every little thing or kill ever little monster it will break.
