I wonder if in the savestate universe Zootopia is inhabited by strange beings that have no fur apart from on their heads, smooth skin and all look the same?
Nah, Zootopia is the same movie in Savestate. It’s just populated by fantasy animals. The only reason I say that is because of the scale. Too small and your brain won’t be able to handle speech, too big and you wouldn’t be able to stand on two legs.
Poor Kade looks so sad in that second last panel, I would be too. A shop I was in today had a PS1 Mini for €60, and an N64 for 80. I had crumbs in my wallet ;-;
Holy heckballs those are some out of this world prices; don’t get suckered in by those high price scams that try and sucker in people unaware you are paying twice the price because of nostalgia.
I thought she was a cocker spaniel when Tim showed me the concept art. Riley is actually a long haired dachshund, one of Tim’s favorite breeds. It’s a little hard to tell from these angles but she’s a bit shorter than the others and her leg and arm lengths are stockier as well. I think she turned out cute c:
He probably would try but then would want to keep all the rather exclusive and higher selling games to himself and probably end up buying them himself until the entire game store is empty xD
You love food, so you work around food. Then you realize that you can’t eat any food, so it is just torture. It may be the same way for him if he worked at a game store. He can’t keep any of the rare games, he has to sell them to people, and maybe even children with sticky hands. Torture.
Since each region got a unique species for the newscaster we know there are more animals in the Zootopia world then what was shown. So when we get a sequel they could expand things.
I’d REALLY like to see characters from Disney Afternoon added. Nick and Judy up against Fat Cat would be awesome!
I was a bit surprised of everything in the movie, but if they made a sequel they would start another story with other characters. Or am I the only one thinking nick and judy’s ending was very closed up to a sequel?
Nope, they left it right where they needed to. It could have new characters, or use them again. It’s shown that Judy accepts there are problems in the city, but still thinks it’s a good place. So they could very well have them show up again with a new problem. A corrupt cop would be a good base for a new story for example, dealing with Judy’s love of the law and requiring Nick to bring her down to Earth that not all cops have the populace at heart.
They’ve left their story nicely rounded off though too. So they could have new characters in a new situation if they so choose. We got a little of the prejudice against predators from Nick’s view, but they could expand on that further with a new predator as the main character. Heck, they could even use Nick again for that if they so choose since he already has an established history with that.
In all likelihood they’ll want to use the main characters again, but the options are completely open to them at this point.
Ok someone explain how a world of furries watched Zootopia. It would be pretty much a police love story then, right? Just a romance action comedy instead?

Might want to see it again then, because when he says that to her and she replies ‘Do I know that? Yes, yes I do.’ that’s not platonic love she’s talking about based on her mannerisms or his, they’re definitely moving into romance.
Keyword being MOVING. They are NOT, I repeat, NOT in a romantic relationship. The story is perfect without there being a need for a “larger then life” connection between the two main characters.
Whether or not you have issues with them being romantically attached won’t change the fact that they are so by the end of the film, nor would being romantically attached somehow qualify as a ‘larger than life’ connection, that’s a very true to life connection. You’ll just have to live with it.

You realize that Dogs wouldn’t exist in Zootopia either. Dogs are the first GMO, created by selective breeding by humans. No humans, no GMO animals, no dogs. Wolves, coyotes and the like sure, they’re the canine OGs.

really? i find them at garage sales around here for 10-30 bucks, usually with games thrown in.
I got an NES with a Power Glove for $10 at a yard sale. Never pay game store prices, go online or to yard/garage sales. The stores always rip you off.
$100 for an NES. I have seen $100 for an NES. That is a huge rip off, that was the price new in the 90s.
I paid more than that for an NES but it was RGB modded. Pixels so sharp you could cut yourself. ;3

I love the iPaw pun; the nature of it reminds me a lot of the carrot on the back of the back of the protagonist’s phone in Zootopia.

Zootopia was a decent movie. I found it really predictable, and the jokes weren’t good for the most part, but it was a decent movie.
